PROMIVO AI Chief of Staff
All-AccessYour AI business manager. It decides which of your agents to use
No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider. Pricing · Integrations · Custom agents

Your AI business manager. It decides which of your agents to use
Finds the pay gaps you would struggle to explain
Checks the payroll run before the money leaves
Finds the dead deals your forecast is still counting
Finds where work waits, not where people work
Finds the same thing bought four times at four prices
Finds the products you are quoting below the margin you think
Finds the ninety-second stops nobody writes down
Finds the overrun while it is still four weeks away
Answers from what you can evidence, and flags every requirement you cannot
Every number shows its assumptions, and what happens if they are wrong
Names the reason a renewal is at risk, not a score
➜ Resolve Board update draft first: it is the most urgent on the list.
➜ Review Engineer L3, Manager L4: the gap is 5% or more with at least two people on each side.
➜ Hold payment to E-1010 Jonas Weber until the shared bank account is confirmed with HR: $3,950.
➜ Re-date or close out the 5 overdue deals worth $352K: a close date in the past makes the forecast wrong.
➜ Look at Approval first: cases wait 24h there and only 0.3h is work. Find who or what releases them.
➜ Ask Apex Supplies to match $81.50 on Toner cartridge X5: you paid $98.50 against $81.50 for 115 units.
➜ Reprice or renegotiate Pump P100 first: $24.7K of drift and margin down to 49.5%.
➜ Start with Labeller L1: biggest loss is slow running (1947 min in the period).
➜ Review Façade first: forecast $142.7K over budget at 52% complete.
➜ Resolve R-02 first: it is the most urgent on the list.
➜ Rework the numbers on Palm Villa: the net yield does not cover the risk.
➜ Assign an owner to Northwind this week: $120K renews in 41 days with 3 warning signs.
