The service

PROMIVO provides a marketplace of AI agents, an automation platform for running them, and custom agent development. Agents run on PROMIVO infrastructure and are metered against your plan.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys.
Keep your credentials secret. Revoke an API key you no longer need.
One person per account. Team access uses organisation membership.

Purchases and subscriptions

Buying an agent is a one-time purchase. It stays in your workspace, including future versions of that agent.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and set your monthly usage allowances.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then.
Payment state is determined solely by verified Stripe webhooks, never by anything a browser reports.

Usage limits

Each plan sets monthly allowances per metric. When an allowance is exhausted, the metered action is refused with a message naming the metric and the limit. Nothing is silently throttled or degraded.

Acceptable use

You may not use PROMIVO to:

Generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive or harassing content.
Impersonate a person or organisation, or produce fabricated records.
Send unsolicited bulk messages.
Circumvent usage limits, permission checks or the risk ceiling on an agent.
Access data belonging to another customer.

AI output

Agent output is generated by a language model. It can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it or publishing it — particularly anything that carries legal, financial, medical or compliance weight. Agents that perform outbound actions are configured to require approval by default.

Custom development

Custom agents are quoted per engagement. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts. Delivered agents belong to your workspace.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, except where an enterprise agreement states an SLA. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination

You may stop using PROMIVO at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why when we do.
