This agent reports honestly. What it checked, with sources. What it found, with dates. And what it could not check at all, which for many suppliers is the largest section and the one a buyer most needs to see.
It checks the things that actually go wrong: whether the entity you are contracting with is the one you think, whether it appears to be trading, whether anything public contradicts what it told you, and whether your own requirements — insurance, certifications, policies — are evidenced. FAQ
Does it check sanctions lists?
No. Sanctions screening needs licensed, continuously updated data and a documented matching process. It reports the public information it found and says explicitly that sanctions screening was not performed.
Why no risk score?
Because a score is where people stop reading, and it hides the difference between 'checked and clean' and 'could not check'. Those are not the same, and no number can express both.
Can it clear a supplier?
No. It reports findings and gaps. Whether to trade with someone is a commercial decision with legal consequences, and it stays with a person.
